You may submit content, such as reviews or comments, within the App. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.
You may not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes upon the rights of others.
The App, including all content, features, and intellectual property rights, is owned by us and our licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the "App" without our prior written consent.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the "App" at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these "Terms."
The "App" is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, expressed or implied.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
These "Terms" are governed by the laws of Croatia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these "Terms" shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Croatia.
We may update these "Terms" from time to time. The updated "Terms" will be posted within the "App," and the date of the latest revision will be indicated.
